Discounts:
10% off for returning guests 2+ nights
20% off for return guests on monthly stay
Discounts not available for the month of July, nor for Holidays:
  • Memorial Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving

Standard Cleaning Fee: $120


Cancellation Policy:
We charge the full amount if you cancel your reservation
-- less than 30 days before arrival for non-holidays, or
-- less than 45 days before arrival for Holiday reservations.

We only charge $100 if
-- you cancel before deadline,
-- or if we can re-book your room after cancellation.


Pets:
We do not allow pets with Brimstone rentals and will evict with a $250 deep-cleaning fee for uninvited four-legged friends.
